The Okey Cokey
Last updated: 11.10.23
This is a great song and dance item which I have used many, many, indeed many times as an icebreaker here in Germany. Believe dear surfer, most of your adult German audiences need a humdinger of an icebreaker! I usually perform it immediately after the notorious Royal Navy "Black Cat" dance and occasionally follow it with The Farmer's in the Dell. I learned it of course along with the entire population of my generation at primary school and it was also sung a lot at home with my family.
