In Das Trio we sang By the Waters of Babylon as a 12-bar 3-part canon in unison found in Chor aktuell junior published by Gustav Bosse Verlag.
In the publication it is described as traditional but I believe it is derived from a 4-voice canon, by Philip Hayes (1737-1797) . However, a lovely piece when all is said and done.
