Dust in the Wind
Last updated: 02.02.24
Dust in the Wind (1977) was written Kerry Livgren, a member of the American progressive rock band Kansas and released on their album Point of Know Return
When a member of Das Trio it was beautifully sung by Britta Steenken while I accompanied her on my concertina and was allowed to sing the bass part in the choruses..
This is a sad, melancholy song which meditates on mortality and the inevitability of death.
