This webpage lists/describes the choral and other pieces that have been thrust into my hands at auditions and on other occasions over the course of my now long amateur musician career. Not in any particular order are:

I auditioned to join this group after my time in the Collegium Musicum Bremen. In a little over two hours I sang the bass part of some 17 pieces "vom Blatt" without particular difficulty Although initially welcomed to join them, a little over a week later they sadly (for me) changed their minds. It seemed that I was too old. At this point I came to the conclusion, modestly, that I had become not good enough for professionals but too good for amateurs.
The works coming into my repertoire by this means were Agua de Beber, An hellen Tagen, Audite silete, Come With Me My Love. Come away, come, sweet love, Der Seufzer, Have a Nice Day, Lady Madonna, Und wieder ist ein Jahr vorbei, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Morning has broken, Music! Music! Music!, Say, Love if Ever Thou Didst Find, Schöner Herbst, Soir d'octobre, Todos los bienes and Winterwand.
