I purchased this item way back in 1984 whilst on holiday/tour in Yorkshire without any particular aim as I was at that time more interested in larger ensembles and not duets. It is a lively piece that I have played occasionally with some members of
Blue Monday in 1993-4. Presently (2000) it is in the
Bremen Recorder Touring Company repertoire - we have worked on it and intend to use it as an introduction not only to a programme but also as a demonstration of all the instruments in the recorder family.
