The famous dancer here is Josephine Harriman who is also shown on the front cover posing dramatically. She appeared in a number of Broadway productions between 1908 and 1915. In 1915

The Harriman Cake Walk (DBE 1097). As to the tango itself, it is lively number having an AABBAA form with a 4-bar introduction whereby the A- and B-strains are written in the major keys of C and F respectively.
