Last updated: 02.09.24
Harry H. Mincer is one of those obscure ragtime era composers of which almost nothing is presently know. He is credited with a handful of pieces published by the Windsor Music Co., Chicago & New York, of which the best known is the cakewalk Virginia Two-Step (1899). He is also known to have written the music for the patriotic song In The Good Old United States (1906), words by Roger Lewis and published by The Thompson Music Co., Chicago, Illinois.
