According to the Internet source given below, [Richard Anthony] Dick Charlesworth was an English jazz clarinetist, saxophonist and bandleader. He formed The City Gents in 1956 their trademark being pinstripe waistcoats and bowler hats Their Latin motto was Dum vivimus vivamus (While we live, let us enjoy life).

I saw him a few times in Jazz Shows Jazz Club in the early 1960s.
