Christian Lahusen  (1886-1975)

According to the Internet source given below, Christian Lahusen was a German composer born in Buenos Aires.
In 1905 he went to Leipzig to study music but broke it off and was principally self-taught.He was the accompanist at the Charlottenburg opera house from 1914 and after war service he was Kapellmeister and composer at the Munich Kammerspiele. He worked for the Hamburg Kammerspiele and the Schauspiel Frankfurt until 1931 when he became a music teacher at the Salem boarding school, Überlingen where he continued to compose.
Lahusen composed sacred and secular vocal works.
He died in Überlingen
