William Horatio Clarke was an American organist born Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA.
He was Educated in schools of Dedham, Mass. and was the author of various works including Short Organ Gems, A Cloister Reverie, Harmonic School for the Organ and Short Service Prelude. He was also a contributor to musical and metaphysical magazines and was editor of the organ dept. of The Musician from 1896 to 1906.
He died in Reading, Middlesex County.
