Personal remarks:
I cam across this little gem on a recent (June 2015) visit to Newcastle upon Tyne. Despite its title you will not learn very much Geordie. It is full of Geordie humour but as an instrument to seriously learn Geordie in fails miserably. It does not come anywhere near the book's intended target as written in the introduction to whit: This book has been written to with intention of making you a fluent speaker of Geordie.
The exercises and vocabulary of Geordie phrases cannot be taken seriously. Tongue-in-cheek I believe this is a book intended for tourists or to be used as a Xmas cheap stocking-filler or gift between Geordies.
