According to the Internet source given below, Tim Hart was an English folk singer and multi-instrumentalist, born in Lincoln.
He is probably best known as a founding member of British folk rock band Steeleye Span together with Maddy Prior. Hart and Prior toured English folk clubs as a duo in the late 1960s recording two albums: Folk Songs of Olde England, Volumes One and Two. He emigrated to La Gomera, a small island in the Canary Islands, abandoning music altogether and became a full-time writer and photographer.
He died in La Gomera.
