According to the Internet source given below, Robert Daubat said of Aubat Saint-Flour was a French dancer , dance teacher and ballet master born in Saint-Flour (Cantal) and died in Ghent.
His works include
Nebuchadnezzar (1758),
Lapsus Angelorum (1759),
Jacobus Machabæorum natu-minimus (1760) and
Susanna (1762). He also published three Italian motets in 1762 and,in 1768 he was second violinist in the Ghent Theater Orchestra. Until 1780 he was also a dance master at colleges, convents and boarding schools.
D'Aubat is best knmown as the author of a collection of contredanses entitled
Cent contredanses en rond propres à exécuter sur toutes sortes d'instruments, avec les basses chiffrées pour le clavecin (Gand, 1757).
