I acquired "Folk Songs for Recorders" in July 1999 for use in the Alt-Aumund Blockflötenensemble and which Beate Heinecke quite enjoyed. There are ten simple British folksong arrangements ideal for beginners. They include "The Oak and the Ash", "English Country Gardens", "Once I had a Sweetheart","Eriskay Lovelilt", "The Skye Boat Song", "A-Roving", "Scarborough Fair", "Sweet Lass of Richmond Hill", "Botany Bay" and "My Bonnie Lass".
