Surfer Craig Rosenthal is the biographer of the playwright Eugene Walter. In December 2007 Craig wrote that although Eugene Walter came from a family with a musical background, he was never been able to establish for certain that Eugene Walter indeed wrote the various sheet music ascribed to him.
