Last updated: 03.11.17
All that can presently (January 2015) be gleaned from the covers of his published music is that Charles. O'Donnell was the composer of a handful of songs written between 1909 and 1911. He appears to have had Philadelphia connections and was associated with lyricists Bobby Heath and Thomas J. Kennedy. Of ragtime interest is The Kissing Rag (1910) and The Cowboy Rag (1911)
