According to the Internet source given below, Harvey Worthington Loomis was a pupil of Antonín Dvorák at the National Conservatory in New York. He was prolific as a composer, with a number of successful works for the stage. Some of his works draw on Amerindian themes, as in his Lyrics of the Red Man, written in 1903 and 1904.
For data housekeeping purposes he is listed in these webpages as the one-off composer of A Little Dutch Garden (1899).
