According to the Internet source given below, Guillermo Graetzer (born Wilhelm Grätzer in Vienna) was an Argentinian composer and educator.
He studied music in Berlin with Ernst-Lothar von Knorr and Paul Hindemith , and in Vienna , with PA Pisk (student of Arnold Schoenberg). He fled from Nazism to Argentina in 1939.He founded the Collegium Musicum of Buenos Aires and taught composition, orchestration and choir direction at the National University of La Plata becoming professor emeritus.
Of recorder interest is his Sonatina (1937) for recorder and piano.
