Rae Eleanor Ball was an American violinist and arranger born in Cleveland, Ohio She was the one-off composer of Creole Serenade (1923) published by Carl Fischer Music Publisher, New York, USA.
It is surprising that considering the number of at least 17 recordings that she made, so little can be gleaned about her from Internet searches (in March 2022).
