The Music Trade Review (Issue: 1919 Vol. 69 N. 11) describes her as the prima donna of the Million Dollar Dolls Co., and billed as "The Sunkist Prima Donna" or "The California Nightingale."
She studied under Louis Croxon, of the Metropolitan Opera House.
