Of interest is The Tale of a Monkey (1905) music by Leo Edwards, words by Vincent Bryan and published by Vincent Music Co, which was briefly used in the Broadway production of The Wizard of Oz: (1903). It may have been planned as a duet for Aileen Crater and Fred Stone who she later married.
