Last updated: 01.02.24
Clarence C. Wiley was a pharmacist in Oskaloosa, Iowa and the one-off composer of the successful Car-Barlick-Acid (1903) which he personally published. This ingenious rag was quickly purchased by the Giles Bros. of Quincy, Illinois in 1904 and once again changed hands in 1907 to the New York publishers, M. Witmark and Sons.
For data housekeeping purposes he is listed in these webpages as a one-off composer.
