According to the Internet source given below, Colin Touchin is a British composer. He studied clarinet with Graham Turner of Oxford University. An educator teaching recorder, analysis, rock, jazz and electronic music having held positions as Head of Composition at Chetham's School of Music in Manchester and Director of Music at the University of Warwick. He is a widely travelled conductor giving performances with a number of prominent ensembles and orchestras on all continents.
