According to the Internet source given below, Terry AJ Kenny (ARCM) was an English composer , music educator , conductor , arranger and clarinetist born in Bournemouth .
Kenny studied at the Royal Military School of Music Kneller Hal" in Twickenham and served as clarinetist in the The Duke of Cornwall Light Infantryand promoted to bandmaster ot The Welsh Regiment and later director of Welch Brigade Depot Band. Finally he was appointed director of the Royal Artillery Mounted Band and the Royal Corps of Transport Band.
Kenny composed about fifty works for harmonics or fanfare orchestra and chamber music.
