Frank C. Keithley
Last updated: 20.02.18
Frank C. Keithley was an American songwriter and composer of popular music who published a half-dozen or so pieces, amongst them four rags, between 1905 and 1910. He is best known for his slow drag Fluffy Ruffles (1908) which has often been recorded and a piano roll made. Whether or not he is related to the composer and songwriter E. Clinton Keithley is presently a matter of conjecture.
