Guy R. Hall is the one-off composer of White and Crimson (1928) published by Guy R. Hall, Burket, Indiana, USA.
He was the leader of Hall's Banjo Orchestra, a quintet comprising a pianist, a tuba and three banjo players. He is known together with Henry Kleinkauf as being the co-author of Johnson Rag (1917).
