According to the Internet source given below, Reinhard Febel studied composition at Freiburg with Klaus Huber. He was a founder member of the "Tage für Neue Musik", Stuttgart. He took computer course in Paris and went to London on scholarships from Villa Massimo, Rome (1983/84) und the Steinbrenner-Stiftung, Berlin (1985).
