Cecil Duane Crabb was a Midwestern composer and publisher of rags hailing from Indianapolis. He was an associate of William B. Morrison, also a composer/publisher, and is reported also to have been a cover designer. He is best known for his Fluffy Ruffles (1907), a two step.
